This fourth booster set in Riftbound’s still short history sees the alignment of the global release date, so that players all around the world will be able to pick up and enjoy the new cards at the same time.

Vendetta is also the smaller Riftbound set published so far.

The game’s developer and IP owner, Riot Games, decided to reduce the quantity of unique cards from a number usually well exceeding 200, as seen in previous sets (it was 298 for Origins, 221 for Spiritforged, and 219 for Unleashed) to only 166.

Consequently, the total number of Legends featured in the set decreased from 12 to just 9. In spite of this, Vendetta still includes over 50 Showcase cards embellished by alternate artwork and 31 hard-to-find Overnumbered variants, for a grand total of 247 potential different pulls. With Riot officially committing to never reprint any Overnumbered card with the same exact art and frame, these will become truly one-of-a-kind pieces.

Collectors won’t be disappointed!

The light of the rose Among the most notable alt-art cards from Vendetta is a series of six Champion Units based on the fan-favorite Crystal Rose skin line from the mobile game League of Legends: Wild Rift.

This marks the very first time this type of artwork is transposed into the physical card game, depicting the usually fierce-looking characters in a peaceful and joyous light.

The six cards are Kai’Sa, Survivor; Sona, Harmonious; Ahri, Inquisitive; Sett, Brawler; Ezreal, Prodigy; and Lux, Crownguard.
